More Down Payment Assistance for North Minneapolis Neighborhoods!

Starting April 29, 2012, a new down payment assistance program for owner occupants buying in Willard Hay, Jordan, Folwell, McKinley, and Webber Camden neighborhoods will be available through Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS). Owner occupant buyers will be eligible to receive a one-to-one match of up to $2,500 of their own funds through the Live North down payment assistance program. These funds can be combined with many other down payment assistance programs (some restrictions do apply - cannot be combined with NSP-based assistance - check with NHS for details). Purchase agreements must be dated on or after April 29, 2012 and the funds will be available on a first come, first served basis until they are gone or through June 15, 2012. Join us for a FREE self-guided tour of open houses on Sunday, April 29th from 1 to 4 pm in North Minneapolis as part of the Minneapolis/St Paul Home Tour and the Nationwide Open House Day event from the National Association of Realtors.
